A little graffiti stlye thing I made in Photoshop, and had fun playing with the colour schemes. (Phart was voted the best name for the character by some friends.)
I'm Fraser, I'm 19. I'm a Graphic Designer and I just finished the first of three years of the Illustration/Design: Elements and Applications (IDEA) course at Capilano College in North Vancouver.
